We Are One Communities is a community-centered 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to serving individuals and families through compassion, action, and unity. We believe that when people come together, real change becomes possible.
Our organization exists to meet the needs of our community — whether in moments of crisis, seasons of growth, or on pathways toward opportunity. Founded in 2022 by Christy Golden in Crowley, Texas, we started with a simple belief: every person deserves a fair chance to thrive.
From youth empowerment to workforce preparation, from crisis intervention to entrepreneurship support, We Are One Communities is committed to being a resource, a support system, and a beacon of hope for the neighborhoods we call home.
To serve, support, and uplift individuals and families in times of need by providing resources, opportunities, and community-driven programs that promote confidence, stability, and hope. We show up with compassion, unity, and action — because together, we are one community.

Our programs serve a wide range of individuals and families across the Crowley, Texas area and surrounding communities. We specifically prioritize those who face the greatest barriers to opportunity.
